Lead Discovery App

A B2B lead-data platform wanted its data on its users' phones: the companies and people in its web product, searchable and exportable away from a desk. The app is built in React Native for iOS and Android.

Sales work does not only happen at a desk. At an event, in a meeting or on the road, a rep who comes across a company or a person needs to know who they are and whether they fit, with the platform's data in a form that works on a phone. The app was built for those moments.

Lead search, with filters and locations, covers the structured route. Global search adds an LLM-assisted route for queries that do not fit a filter. The third route is the camera: on-device OCR, built on the native Android and iOS SDKs, reads the text the user scans and matches it to relevant leads in the platform, without a round trip to a server for the reading itself.

Every result opens a detailed view of the company or the person behind it. Leads can be exported from the app, and push notifications keep users up to date without opening it.

Reading the text on the phone, through the native Android and iOS SDKs, means scanning works without first sending an image to a server. React Native carries the rest of the app on a single shared codebase, with native code only where the work has to run on the device.
