Tuku is a production-grade URL shortening and link intelligence platform built for scale, speed and operational clarity. The product turns long, cryptic links into shareable short slugs (including custom domains and vanity URLs), while maintaining a full event stream for analytics. The dashboard surfaces click counts, geo/time metadata, device and referrer information, and historical event trends to help marketing and product teams evaluate campaign performance. Architecturally it is designed to avoid hot-keys and single points of failure through distributed caching and queued analytics pipelines that decouple request handling from heavy aggregation work.

Operational improvements included rate-limiting, anti-abuse heuristics, collision-safe slug allocation, and low-latency redirect paths.
