CampFact is a drag-and-drop journey builder that allows SMEs to design email, web and social campaigns without writing code. Admins compose journeys using event triggers (signup, link click, email actions, social interactions), conditional branching, and scheduled steps. The editor gives non-technical users a visual way to orchestrate multi-channel campaigns and observe user paths through heatmaps and conversion funnels.

The system included prebuilt templates and heatmap analytics to help users optimise engagement.
