Project Details

This omnichannel chatbot platform provides a visual flow builder for non-technical teams to design conversation journeys across web, social and messaging channels. The routing layer enriches sessions with channel metadata and applies session-aware logic to deliver personalised responses. Admin analytics capture message rates, average durations, unique visitors and engagement trends so operators can iteratively tune conversations.

The platform's visual editor lets teams compose complex journeys and map omnichannel routing without writing code — reducing time to production for conversational experiences.

Core strengths include modular connectors for messaging channels and a runtime that supports fallbacks, handoffs and persistent session state. Product improvements we scoped were LLM-assisted fallback responses to improve coverage, conversation analytics to surface friction, and automation connectors to forward qualified leads into CRMs or trigger human handoffs when escalation thresholds are reached.
