n8n workflow automation
Axar7 builds n8n workflows that take repetitive, pattern-shaped work off a team, wired into the tools it already uses. Our Sales Ops Engine researches each lead from HubSpot and Airtable, writes outreach with GPT-4o, records a personalised D-ID video, and holds everything at a human review gate before it goes out by Gmail, Slack or WhatsApp.

01How it works
n8n workflow automation, step by step
- 01
Signal, then hook
The run starts when a lead in HubSpot or Airtable is picked up with its CRM signals. GPT-4o reads those signals and chooses a specific angle to open with, the hook, for that lead rather than for a segment.
- 02
Copy and video, in parallel
The hook drives two branches at once: outreach copy written for that lead, and a short AI-avatar video generated through D-ID. The tiers are modular, so a model, a channel or the video provider can be swapped without rebuilding the rest.
- 03
A person approves
Execution stops at a review gate in Airtable. Copy and video wait there until a person has seen them, because automated outreach fails in public when a generated line misreads a lead. Nothing reaches a prospect without that approval.
- 04
Sent on every channel
Approved outreach goes out through Gmail, Slack or WhatsApp. HubSpot and Airtable stay the source of truth for leads and for review, so the engine works alongside the team's tools rather than replacing them.

What we build
- n8n workflows built around the tools you already use
- Integrations with HubSpot, Airtable, Gmail, Slack and WhatsApp
- Model steps (GPT-4o) behind a human review gate
- Parallel branches for work that does not depend on each other
- Modular tiers, so a model, channel or provider can be swapped

04AI
Where AI fits
GPT-4o reads each lead's CRM signals and picks the hook; D-ID generates the avatar video. Both sit behind the Airtable review gate, so a person sees every message and video before it is sent.

06Questions
Common questions
Do we have to replace our current tools?
No. In the Sales Ops Engine, HubSpot and Airtable stay the source of truth and messages go out through Gmail, Slack and WhatsApp; n8n connects them.
How do you stop AI from sending something wrong?
With a human gate. Every generated message and video lands in an Airtable review step, and only approved outreach is sent.
What did the automation replace?
The pattern-shaped part of BDR work: researching a lead, finding something worth mentioning, writing around it and sending it. It replaces an estimated $3,000 a month of manual BDR work.
Can parts of the workflow be changed later?
Yes. The tiers are modular, so a channel, a model or the video provider can be swapped without rebuilding the rest.
How long does an n8n build take?
It depends on the project. Simpler requirements take a few weeks, up to a month; complex builds take months.
