CRM & sales engagement integration
Axar7 builds integrations that compare a product's data with what a CRM or sales engagement platform already holds and export it through that platform's exposed APIs, in asynchronous flows that run in the background. Our CRM Export Pipeline for a B2B lead-data platform does this for Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive, Salesloft and Outreach, around 7,000 export jobs a day, and accounts for every record it sends.

01How it works
CRM & sales engagement integration, step by step
- 01
Map: one field, six names
Every destination models data its own way. The same email address is Contact.Email in Salesforce, email in HubSpot, emailaddress1 in Dynamics, email on a Pipedrive person, email_address in Salesloft and emails in Outreach. Each destination gets its own field mapping, so a record lands in the right place in every one of them.
- 02
Match: create or update
Rule-based logic decides, record by record, whether to create a new record or update one that exists, and deduplicates, so the same company or contact is not written twice. In the CRM Export Pipeline it also decides the cost: users are charged only for records that are new to them.
- 03
Deliver: one bad record is not a failed job
A job can carry up to 25,000 records into a destination with its own objects, fields and API limits. One bad record must not sink the rest, so a record the destination rejects is set aside and the rest of the job carries on.
- 04
Report: every record accounted for
Every export ends in a structured CSV that marks each record succeeded, failed or skipped. A history page keeps each export with its downloadable report, role-based access control decides who can export what, and every action is audited.

05Questions
Common questions
Which CRMs and sales tools have you integrated with?
Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive, Salesloft and Outreach in the CRM Export Pipeline; HubSpot, Airtable, Gmail, Slack and WhatsApp in the Sales Ops Engine.
What happens when a CRM rejects a record?
That record fails on its own and the rest of the job continues. The export's report marks it failed, alongside every record that succeeded or was skipped.
Will it create duplicates in our CRM?
Rule-based matching decides per record whether to create or update, and deduplicates, so the same company or contact is not written twice.
Does this hold up beyond a few hundred records?
The CRM Export Pipeline handles around 7,000 export jobs a day, each of up to 25,000 records, on a serverless AWS pipeline built for that volume.
What does CRM integration work usually involve?
Mostly data comparison and exports through each platform's exposed APIs, run as asynchronous flows: comparing what a user has with what the CRM already holds, then creating or updating records in the background and reporting on each one.
How long does an integration take?
It depends on the project. Simpler requirements take a few weeks, up to a month; complex builds take months.
